A few years ago, I began working closely with children who see and feel the world differently — children with autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome.
At first, I thought I was teaching them. But soon, I realized — they were teaching me.

They taught me patience, unconditional love, and that every mind learns in its own rhythm.
Behind every behavior lies a story — and behind every story, a spark waiting to shine.

Our Work at Arzoo Kiran Foundation

That belief became the heart of Arzoo Kiran Foundation, where we work with children aged 2–10 years through:

• Neurodevelopment & Early Intervention
Speech, Occupational, Behaviour, and Sensory therapies, special education, cognitive programs, and parent coaching.

• Early Childhood Education & Inclusion
Inclusive playschools, anganwadi support, teacher training, and activity-based learning programs.

• Youth Empowerment
Digital literacy, career guidance, vocational skills, and mentorship programs.

• Women Empowerment
Livelihood training, entrepreneurial support, leadership, financial literacy, and self-help group development.

• Environment & Sustainability
Plantation drives, climate awareness workshops, recycling initiatives, and clean community campaigns.

• Community Collaboration & NGO Support
Partnering with NGOs, therapy centers, and schools for training, resource sharing, and joint initiatives.

My Work in Inclusive Education

Alongside the foundation, I run a playschool in Nalgonda, Telangana, where children of all abilities learn together through inclusive, activity-based methods.
This hands-on experience connects me directly with children and families, strengthening our mission of early inclusion and empowerment.

I also collaborate with other NGOs, volunteering, training teams, and supporting fundraising initiatives.
Though Arzoo Kiran Foundation is young, my journey in the neurodiversity field has deep roots, and I am always open to partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and community leaders where my skills, vision, and programs can create meaningful, lasting impact.

Our Impact

Through our programs, we’ve reached 200+ families, trained parents and educators, and empowered youth and women to thrive.

I firmly believe that true inclusion begins when compassion meets collaboration.
Together, we can ensure no child is left unseen, unheard, or unsupported, and every mind has the opportunity to shine.
